ANNOUNCEMENT:
9/18/25
At last night's chapter meeting, the revised Bylaws were passed unanimously.
9/7/25
Our next chapter meeting will be on September 17, 2025 at the SMP’s Nature Realm at 7PM. This meeting will be our “Annual” meeting where we will elect and vote for our officers for next year, vote to approve our revised chapter bylaws, and learn about the National Audubon Society’s Flight Plan. The National Audubon’s Flight Plan addresses the challenges to the future of birds in the US and the world and how our GAAS chapter’s role can participate in the plan and help to save our birds. Becca Zak our Interim President will be presenting.
Nominees for officers for the next 2025-2026 term are: Becca Zak – President, Paul Moser – Vice President, Wolfgang Pelz – Treasurer, Linda Moore – Secretary.
*We will also be taking nominations from the floor at the meeting.
