Biography:
Becca Zak is the acting President for the Greater Akron Audubon Society, an Interpretive Naturalist for Summit Metro Parks, a New England homestead hopeful, and an advocate for incorporating native plants into home and city landscapes. She and her partner Stewart live comfortably and intentionally with their two cats, one dog and 8 chickens on a quarter acre jam-packed with a vegetable garden, mixed orchard, rain garden, wildflower prairie and shade bed habitats.
