Biography:
A lifelong native plant gardener and birdwatcher, Jen conducts fund development for the Summit Metro Parks Foundation and the park district. In these roles, she assists those who wish to leave a lasting legacy to the parks and cultivates other philanthropic support including grants.
She holds a B.A. in biology from Hiram College and a Master of Nonprofit Organizations from Case Western Reserve University as well as the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credential. She has over 20 years of experience working for Northeast Ohio park organizations, including Lake Metroparks, Cleveland Metroparks and the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
